2021 Society of Smugglers Cabernet Sauvignon

Smugglers are the only lucky bastards who get the only 100% Cabernet Sauvignon of the vintage from Cadlwell Estate in 2021… which we believe is further proof that Smugglers have great instincts.

Intensely pure aromatics that make our heads spin with over-the-top terpenes, there’s a slight verdant quality that keeps the voluptuous fruit grounded in more earthly delights. The ripeness of the vintage has brought out flavors likened to fresh blueberry pie. Bright and lively acidity balances this tall, dark and handsome Cab to create a wine that oozes swagger. Ramiro, our Master Cooper, left his artist’s mark on this wine with an impact zone of his toasted new French oak that carries its sex appeal through a medium long finish.
