2022 Petit Verdot [clone 400]

Juicy and decadent, this wine is something to behold. Telltale flavors of bramble, combine with sweet fruity notes of blackberry compote, with an intriguing core of black herbal liqueur, surrounded by layers of tar and fresh tobacco. The fruit purity has been brought to bear during its initial fermentation in stainless steel, before getting a touch of Syrah and Merlot that added a few more layers of complexity and elevates its already big but elegant form with a smooth-as-silk finish. Only 84 cases made.
