Fresh like a summer breeze, the 2023 vintage offered a glorious combination of great acidity and flavor development, the combination of which makes this stunning pink wine sing. Marked by a mouthful of summer strawberries cloaked in sweet oak vanilla and orange zest, a vein of vibrant acidity carries this beauty to climax in a pop of bright raspberries and liquid sunshine. Initially fermented in Caldwell Cooperage 100% new French oak barrels to underscore the sweetness of the fruit and round out the palate for a mouth-filling treat, then deftly moved it into stainless steel tanks in order to maintain the vibrant freshness of the vintage.
Produced: Only 44 cases for the world to share.
Aging: Fermented in Caldwell Cooperage 100% new Jupille Berce oak barrels, aged in a combination of neutral and new oak barrels, and then finished in stainless steel.
